How do I update my fundraising homepage?
Your fundraising homepage is what supporters see when they visit your page. You can update your header, contact details and useful links at any time.
What you can update
- Fundraising page header with your organisation name, description and images
- Contact details for supporters to get in touch
- Links to other ways supporters can help your organisation
Editing your page header
- Go to your dashboard and open Fundraising homepage.
- Select Fundraising page header.
- Update your title and about your organisation text.
- Click Save.
Keep your message clear and concise so supporters quickly understand what you do and why their donation matters.
Uploading images
- Open Fundraising page header and select the Images tab.
- Click Upload new image.
- Click Choose file and select a JPEG image from your device.
- Add a caption if needed. This is optional.
- Click Upload image.
Image requirements
- Images must be in JPEG format.
- Files must be no larger than 10 MB.
- Use clear, high-quality images that represent your organisation and activities.
- Real photos work best, but make sure you have permission to use them. If people can be identified in the image, you should have their consent before uploading.
Updating contact details
- Open Contact details from your fundraising homepage.
- Update your organisation’s email, address, social links or phone number.
- Click Save.
These details help supporters get in touch and build trust in your organisation.
Adding links
- Open Links from your fundraising homepage.
- Click New item.
- Add a title and link.
- Save your changes.
You can link to things like fundraising campaigns, partner organisations or donation platforms.
