Is Fundraisy free for PTAs?
Yes. PTAs can set up and use Fundraisy for free with our self-service option. There are no monthly subscription fees, no contracts and no ongoing charges.
Donations are free to your PTA, apart from standard Stripe payment processing fees. For ticketed events, Fundraisy charges a simple 3.5% platform fee per ticket, plus Stripe processing fees.
What are the pricing options?
Fundraisy has two setup options: a free self-service option, or a complete setup package for a one-off £295.
Both options include donations, ticketed events, updates and Gift Aid. The main difference is whether you set things up yourself or ask us to do it for you. You can see the full details on our pricing page.
Can we use Fundraisy for PTA events?
Yes. Fundraisy helps PTAs run events and fundraising in one place, whether you are organising a school disco, sponsored event or another PTA activity.

Can we sell tickets for school events online?
Yes. Fundraisy lets your PTA create ticketed events so parents and supporters can book online instead of dealing with cash, paper forms or scattered messages.
Can we collect donations as well as ticket payments?
Yes. Fundraisy supports both donations and event-related fundraising, so your PTA can raise money in the way that works best for each event or campaign.
Does Fundraisy support Gift Aid?
Yes. Gift Aid is built in, helping eligible donations go further and increasing the value of your PTA fundraising without extra admin.
Where do ticket payments and donations go?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe and paid directly into your organisation’s bank account. Fundraisy never holds your funds.
Do we need technical skills or an existing PTA website?
No. You do not need technical skills or an existing website. Fundraisy is designed for busy PTA volunteers who want a simple way to run events, raise money and keep supporters updated online.
Will someone help us get set up?
