How do I view fundraising performance?
The fundraising performance page shows how much you have raised through Fundraisy and how your income is changing over time.
You can use this to track progress, understand what is working well and identify opportunities to raise more.
What you can see
- Your gross total which is the total amount raised before fees.
- Your net total which is the amount you receive after fees.
- Charts showing how donations build up over time.
- A breakdown of income by event where applicable.
Understanding the charts
- The weekly chart shows how much you have raised each week.
- The monthly chart shows a longer-term view of your fundraising.
- Different colours represent different income sources, such as general donations or specific events.
- Use these charts to spot trends, such as busy fundraising periods or quieter weeks.
Using performance insights
- Identify which events or activities generate the most income.
- See when supporters are most active and plan updates or campaigns around those times.
- Track the impact of posts, events or promotions on your fundraising totals.
If your totals are not increasing, consider posting an update, sharing your page again or running a new event to re-engage supporters.

- Amounts shown are based on donations processed through Fundraisy.
- Data may update as new donations are received.
