These terms set out the rules for using Fundraisy. By creating an account or using our website, you agree to them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Fundraisy, including our website at www.fundraisy.co.uk and any related services. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.
If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use Fundraisy.
Who we are
Fundraisy.co.uk is operated by Fundraisy, the trading name of Tylney Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are registered in England and Wales (company number 15279589).
Definitions
In these terms:
- Platform means the Fundraisy website and any related services we provide.
- User means anyone who visits the website or uses Fundraisy (with or without an account).
- Organisation means a person or group that creates a page and shares information or collects payments through Fundraisy.
- Support means help provided by the Fundraisy team, if requested.
Using Fundraisy
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to use Fundraisy in a lawful way and not misuse the platform or try to disrupt it.
Your responsibilities
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.
If you publish content on Fundraisy (for example, a fundraising page or information about your organisation), you are responsible for making sure it’s accurate, up to date, and not misleading.
Content rules
You must not upload, share or promote content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive. This includes:
- illegal content or content that breaks any laws
- hate speech or discrimination
- harassment, bullying or threats
- violent, sexually explicit or graphic content
- content that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights
- fraud, scams or deceptive activity
- spam, viruses, or malicious software
- sharing personal information about others without consent
If you see content that you believe breaks these rules, please report it to support@fundraisy.co.uk. We’ll review it and may take action.
Actions we may take
If someone breaks these terms, we may:
- issue a warning
- suspend access to an account
- close an account (in serious or repeated cases)
Stripe payment processing
We use Stripe to process payments. If you take payments through Fundraisy, you’ll need a Stripe account and you must agree to Stripe’s terms.
Stripe may deduct its processing fees and Fundraisy fees before transferring funds to your nominated bank account.
Stripe provides its services to you directly. Fundraisy is not responsible for Stripe’s services, and we are not liable for losses arising from disputes between you and Stripe.
Payments, fees and optional tips
If you use Fundraisy to take payments, you agree to pay any fees that apply to your use of the service.
Donors may be given the option to leave a voluntary tip to support Fundraisy. Any tip given is entirely optional and does not form part of the donation to the organisation.
Tips are paid to Fundraisy and remain the property of Fundraisy.
Data protection
We are committed to protecting personal data. Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Fundraisy is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZB659322).
Intellectual property
The Fundraisy website and its content (including design, text, graphics and branding) belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reuse or distribute content from Fundraisy without our written permission, unless the law allows it.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep Fundraisy running smoothly, but we can’t promise the website or services will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fundraisy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Indemnity
If your use of Fundraisy causes legal claims against us (for example, because you broke these terms or the law), you agree to cover any losses or costs we reasonably incur as a result.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. If you continue to use Fundraisy after an update, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.
